Story Synopsis

John is an ordinary man living an empty life. Trapped in a soulless corporate routine, isolated and emotionally numb, he has reached the end of his endurance. One night, he decides to end it all.

But death refuses to take him.

After a violent car crash, John awakens inside the Sedah Institute — a vast, nightmarish asylum where broken souls are “cured” through terrifying psychological experiments and brutal therapies. Desperate to escape, he flees into a city that feels both hauntingly familiar and grotesquely unreal.

As John descends deeper into this surreal urban underworld, he encounters corrupted figures, twisted moral trials, and disturbing reflections of his own past.
